Hi ! I've been very busy these past months with school but I regret nothing. I learned a lot this year and it was very fulfiling but I'll talk about it in another article.
For my last 1st year project at school I had to make a dress inspired by the brand Anrealage and how they make their clothes. I had to mold an object so I choose a shell cushion.
For the photo shooting I wanted to create an outer space atmosphere with a lot of glitters.

This is the final book I had to make for school. For my last project I had to create my first collection. My collection is inspired by the 60s, 70s, the groupie movements and indie music. I wanted a sexy and fun collection for confident and sassy women who love going to gigs and festivals ! It features a lot of badges and pins with feminist and pop culture references.

I created a playlist, you can listen to it on Spotify x

For my first Get The Look I decided to choose one of my favorite band : Peace. I discovered them in 2014 on Twitter (thanks to Josh from the Strypes haha) when I was looking for new bands. I didn't fell in love of their music the first time I listened to their first album but I gradually fell in love with them after watching their videos. I don't know how to describe their music but they sound magical to me (listen to 1989 in the dark and you'll understand). What distinguish them from the other bands the most is their  unique fashion style. Their style is very 80s/90s with large jean jackets, fur coats and crazy shirts.
The most iconic and the one who dress the crazier is Harry Koisser, the singer. He's a huge inspiration. HIs style is unique and he's not afraid to wear effeminate outfit such as a leopard coat or glitter sweatshirt. His most memorable outfits are probably his large vintage jean jackets, his leopard coat and his turtlenecks. His style is such a huge inspiration not only for me but also for the whole indie music movement.
In my opinion his most memorable style was when he wore a white dungaree with a glitter turtleneck pullover at Reading 2013, the association was just perfect and he looks like he escaped from another planet.

Here's a Peace inspired look :

1. A veryyy cute glitter crop top with a very nice color and even a lil' turtle neck (Glamorous)
2. A big and very fluffy vintage fur coat (like their song of the same name) (Asos)
3. THE ICONIC LEOPARD COAT that many of their fans own (Forever 21)
4. A high waisted mom jean (The Ragged Priest)
5. THE ICONIC WHITE DUNGAREE (Asos)
6. And the again iconic large jean jacket to decorate with pins or whatever you want, a real piece of art (The Ragged Priest
7. An finally the iconic striped turtle neck ! (Asos)
Hope you like it !

Sapphire from my favorite movie Almost Famous. My main inspiration for flare pants !

Those pants were a big thing in the 60's and the 70's. They were made in various fabrics : jean, tissu, velvet and even in lace ! I love these pants, I've always dreamt to have one but you couldn't easily find one at a cheap price since most of the time they were vintage but now they're making a huge comeback  ! You can find them in various fabrics and color (I even saw one in orange haha).
I love them in velvet (i love velvet it's probably my favorite fabric) but unfortunately they're still not easy to find but they are so beautiful and original ! They look awesome with just band t-shirt or a lace crop top and a fur jacket (like Sapphire for a perfect 60s groupie allure), I definitely need to buy one !

They are awesome in jean too and they're very easy too wear as well and you can wear them with literally everything, even with just a white t-shirt it gives an awesome look.

The queen of flare jean : Jane Birkin

Here some of my favorite flares pants that I would like to own (they're all from Asos) :

For my first post I decided to talk about my main fashion/life/ inspiration : groupies !
I've always been a music lover. Music always had a influence in my life and basically everything I do has something to do with music. I've always been worshipping bands and musiciens, I've always wanted to be part of the music world.  I discovered the whole groupie thing a few years ago with a documentary on Arte (aka the best channel everrr) about groupies starring Pamela Des Barres and Cynthia Plaster Caster , I was fascinated about their stories and also I had finally found people who felt the same about music and their styles totally matched mine.

They basically created the trend  from the 60s and the 70s that we are loving nowadays. They wore whatever they wanted and they didn't care if it didn't perfectly match, they mixed fabrics and colours and and the finish look was always perfect. They wanted to be noticed by the musiciens so they had to be original and to distinguish themselves from the others girls !

I've always been a 70s and 60s lover and their style is just a perfect representation of these era for me : extravagant, crazy but elegant and sexy at the same time.
They wore short skirt, high platform heels, lot of velvet outfits, fringes, lace crop top, amazing coats with fur, cool hat and sunglasses... Everything I love !
They are groupies for different era. 60's groupies (Pamela Des Barres, The GTO's, Catherine James...)  were more hippy while 70's groupies (Sable Starr, Lori Maddox, the baby groupies in general...) were more into glam rock outfits. I'll make specific posts about these 2 eras later :)

Here some of my favorite look :

Pamela Des Barres and The GTO'S : funny coat, crazy make-up, feather boa, lace top...  Perfect 60's style !

Sable Starr : mini short, high heels and funny top !

Baby groupies : crop top, mini skirt, scarf and high heels of course !

Sable Starr and Lori Modox : I've always fancied that fur coat !
